Friends of the People Foundation is a duly incorporated foundation with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria Abuja with a certificate of registration number CAC/IT/NO 102203. The Foundation is a corporate body with a Board of Trustees headed by a President of the Foundation and has a Common Seal. There are other members of the Foundation. The Foundation has six members of the Board of Trustees which includes a Medical Doctor, legal practitioners and a computer scientist et al.
