ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

Friends of the People Foundation is a duly incorporated foundation with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria Abuja with a certificate of registration number CAC/IT/NO 102203. The Foundation is a corporate body with a Board of Trustees headed by a President of the Foundation and has a Common Seal. There are other members of the Foundation. The Foundation has six members of the Board of Trustees which includes a Medical Doctor, legal practitioners and a computer scientist et al.

The Foundation has a temporal office at 94A, Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja Lagos Nigeria. Ikeja is the seat of Government of Lagos State, the Commercial nerve centre of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Efforts are being made to secure a permanent office for the Foundation and we humbly appeal to individuals, corporate bodies and establishments to lend us your support to secure a permanent office in that respect.
